There are some days when I don’t know what to write about. When the ideas are scarce, when the words don’t come out easily. There are some other days when the inspiration just hits, and the writing reaches that flowing state. Today is one of the former.
And it’s ok to have such days.
So, I decided that this issue doesn’t need to be a big one. It’s about showing up. To be consistent.

I just came back from a week in the mountains. My wife and I went to the Dolomites to walk around, be in nature, and feel small surrounded by magnificent peaks. It was beautiful. It has become one of my favorite mountain ranges. I’ll make sure to write properly about it. But not today.

We all have been there, that state post-vacation. Back to the day-to-day, emails, “urgencies” -is everything really so urgent all the time? Probably/certainly not. Today, my mind still lingers back in the mountains, while my body sits in front of a coding terminal.

Today’s issue is short. And it’s ok. Enjoy the photos, be transported back to nature.

Today is about showing up and making some progress towards our goals, in my case: writing consistently. Take this as a reminder to put some time towards your goals. Five, ten, twenty minutes to keep being consistent with the goals we set for ourselves.

That's it for today! If you enjoyed this issue, share it with a friend! they might like this newsletter.

PS. Last week I said I’d report back on random encounters. And it actually happened. I saw a person riding a bike using roller blades. It was wheels on wheels.
