043 Summer

Embracing summer's slow rhythm: warm days, cold coffee, and time to rest, recharge, and get back to creative work.

The thermometer has been reaching above 30ºC for some days already. I’ve been wearing shorts and sandals for weeks, enjoying the balcony while working, drinking cold coffee, having late dinners, and smiling when the breeze moves the warm air.

I’m embracing summer.

Probably that’s why my brain has been a bit slow too. Taking some rest. Thinking more than writing. Absorbing rather than putting work out there.

I like this rhythm. I’m talking about the grand rhythm. Bursts of work, then taking some time, recharging, getting bored, starting to think, getting back to action. Repeat. It’s a nice way to be, to remain creative and to engage with the world.

Summer is here and I’m embracing it. I’ll be taking some days off, traveling, and enjoying nature.
